PT Inhutani I’s headquarter is situated Manggala Wanabhakti Building, Senayan- Jakarta, Indonesia. Under headquarter, there are three management units located in Balikpapan, Tarakan and Makassar, and one liaison office located in Samarinda. The operational units of IUPHHK at Distric (Kabupaten) level under the coordination of each Management Unit. The Management Unit is headed by Kepala Unit (equal to General Manager), and the Operational Unit of IUPHHK or Industry is headed by Manager.

There are three Management Unit and one Liaison office as follows:

• PT Inhutani I Unit I Balikapapan, located in Balikpapan (East Kalimantan), cover a working area in Berau, Balikpapan, and Kutai Kartanegara.
• PT Inhutani I Unit II Tarakan, located in Tarakan (East Kalimantan) cover a working area in Bulungan, Malinau, Nunukan, and Tarakan.
• PT Inhutani I Unit III Makassar, located in Makssar (South Sulawesi) cover a working area in Mamuju, Tana Toraja, Goa, and Maros.
• Representative office in Samarinda (East Kalimantan).
